Reiki is beneficial in one's self-confidence, self-improvement and spiritual healng. *Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.* - reiki.org We use the Usui Reiki technique, which is a simple technique with great benefits. The clients will sometimes feel warm, like being snuggled in a blanket, or even a delicious flow of energy throughout their body. Sometimes, not feel anything at all. No matter what you may or may not feel, you are receiving a natural, healing energy.
